 TERRAIN/VEGETATIONThe
                    scenic Johnson Ranch offers 12 miles of Frio River frontage in addition to four stock
                    tanks.
 The Ranch is
                    covered with typical South Texas Mesquite and Huajillo as well as oak, cypress, and pecan trees, native grasses,
                    and various species of cactus.
 A diversified
                    terrain of rolling hills, high river banks, bluffs, senderos and draws create an incredible habitat for whitetail
                    deer, turkey, quail, whitewing and mourning dove.
 Numerous
                    cultivated fields, including Milo, Sunflower, Dove Weed & Sesame add to the variety of vegetation
                    at Johnson Ranch.
